One of the most popular features of our program is the ability to view multiple providers on the same screen. You can do this on a daily, weekly, or monthly view. This lets you see at a glance what time slots are available, and when.

You can also choose which days of the week you want to show on the screen, the beginning of the day time, and ending time; and the scheduling increment (ie; 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 60, 90 minute time intervals; you decide! Actually the time increment feature is adjustable in one minute increments).

Tip: You can also make and view multiple appointments for the same provider at the same time (called multiple bookings, or double and triple booking appointments).

Tip: Groups are providers and/or resources of the same or similar characteristics that you want to view together at the same time. If you are a beauty shop you may want to organize some providers into a "Perm Group" others into "Nails Group", and others in a "Barber group". Then when you wanted to make a "Perm" appointment, you could choose that group to view the providers that perform that service.
