Keeps Track Of Clients By Viewing Narrative Notes

ScheduleVIEW™ allows you to keep track of short notes for each appointment, but also links each customer's record to a "Master" word processing document that's built into our program. This "master" word processing document (or info chart) lets you keep an ongoing narrative of any information you want regarding the customer. You can enter a narrative note of what was done or discussed during a meeting, or recommendations for the next appointment. This information is kept in the word processing document and each time you want to add information, you can do so by just a simple click of a button on the customer's file or appointment.
