Just click on the "Directions" button in the customer file or appointment screen and
get detailed directions to the customer location.
ALTERNATE USE: This field can also be used for other types of information besides just "Directions", you can use this any way you'd like to instant access to information that is stored here. Maybe you could use this to keep track of the kind of equipment the customer has installed; or their favorite hobbies; or the "budget, or sales" amount of the contract they have with you; or just use your imagination.
