• Appointment Grid Report: This report prints basically the same layout, in a grid format, (as opposed to a list format) of the appointment schedule. To view screen shot of what the appointment grid looks like, Click Here
  
  
• Appointment Transaction List: This will print out a "chronological" list of all appointments entered into the system. For example, if you entered 54 appointments today (for a wide range of different days), you can get a "transaction" listing of all the appointments entered today.
  
  
• Appointment Status Report: Lists the appointment status for a range of dates.
  
  
• No Show Report: - Lists "No Shows" for a range of date(s).
  
  
• Top 25 Report: Lists the Top 25 customers for each appointment status.
  
  
• Authorized Visit Alert Report: Show customers who are on their last "X number" of authorized visits. For example, if are a lawn cutting business and sell 25 lawn cuts for $XXX, you can get a list of customers who are down to the last 2 or 3 visits and call them to "resell" another contract. Use this if you are in the health and fitness\spa type of business where you sell a "book" of visits. Be creative and think how you can use this feature with your business.
  
  Do you keep track of "authorized" visits or appointments? Perhaps you are a pest control business and sign people up for a monthly or quarterly treatment; simply enter the "authorized number of visits" into the customer file, and when the customer's next to the last visit is scheduled, you get a warning telling you to the contract is about to expire. You can also run a report to see who only has "X" number of authorized visits remaining. Medical offices can use this for insurance authorizations also.
