Return Policy: Because we offer a free 30 day, fully functional demo of our program, we do not allow refunds or returns. If you need additional time to test or demo the program, please call and we will gladly provide you with a trial period extension.

Shipping Information: When we receive your order, we will promptly send you your ScheduleVIEW^® appointment scheduling software via FedEx Second Day Air, for $15 Shipping and Handling (Continental United States). If your order reaches us after 12:00pm (Noon) EST, we will ship the next business day.

Your package will include the ScheduleVIEW^® Program on CDROM, ScheduleVIEW^® Manual on CDROM, case, serial number and registration codes. In an effort to save trees, we do not include a printed manual, however there is a User Manual on the CDROM which you can view on your computer, or you can print it out on your printer.

We recommend Fast Ethernet 100 or gigabit network cabling, cards, and switching. Internet access is necessary for periodic updates. (If you do not have internet access, you may call and order an update on CDROM for $30.00.)

**We do not support wireless networks as lost or dropped packets can cause data corruption -- while wireless networks may work, we will not support or troubleshoot problems on wireless networks. **

**We do not support networking with Windows Home Editions; Microsoft recommends Windows Professional for business environments. We do not provide any support for any Windows Home Edition. **
