A)
30 Days of Email Support: is included with your initial ScheduleVIEW order.  Send us a specific explanation of your

    request to support@scheduleview.com and we will email you back.

B) 1 Hour of Telephone Support: is included with your initial ScheduleVIEW order, to be used within the first 30 days of

    purchase.

C) Hourly Support: Technical or training support is $75 per hour, to be used in 15 minute increments, within 1 year.

D) 6 Months of Technical Support: $197.00 for one contact.

E) 6 Months Technical Support + 2 Hours of Training: $297.00 for one contact. 

F) 1 Year of Technical Support: $394.00 for one contact.

 

 

 

Additional Support Services:

A) Replacement ScheduleVIEW Program CD ROM: $30.00 plus $25 Shipping/Handling- $55 Total.

B) Password Recovery: $75.00 per incident.

C) Lost Registration Replacement: $30.00 per incident. Codes are either Fedex'd or emailed when originally purchased, so please keep them in a safe place.

D) Data Conversion: $199.00 minimum, call for specific pricing. Data Conversion: $99.00 minimum, call for specific pricing.

E) Database Repair: Minimum charge is $75.00 per incident. There is no guarantee of

    data recovery, for this reason we recommend daily backups be kept and on many media (usb sticks)- as you do not want all your "eggs" in one basket (what happens if the hard drive or media stick goes bad?).

Hardware Requirements:

We recommend Windows 7, 8 or 10 Professional, Ultimate or above (with all the latest Windows updates); a 2GHz processor or above; 2-4 GB RAM as MINIMUM; and at least 100MB free disk space (for program files). Our Sync function works only with MS Outlook stand alone and does not work with Exchange Server.

***We do not support Windows Home Editions.***

 

Network Requirements:

We recommend Fast Ethernet 100 or gigabit network cabling, cards, and switching. Internet access is necessary for periodic updates. (If you do not have internet access, you may call and order an update on CDROM for $30.00.)

**We do not support wireless networks as lost or dropped packets can cause data corruption -- while wireless networks may work, we will not support or troubleshoot problems on wireless networks. **

**We do not support networking with Windows Home Editions; Microsoft recommends Windows Professional for business environments. We do not provide any support for any Windows Home Edition. **
