Technical Support: 

When contacting us please include your Company Name, Serial # and contact Phone #:
1) 1 hour of free telephone support is included, which may be used within the first 30 days after your purchase. After that, several support options are available for ScheduleVIEW(tm). Please choose an option from the sidebar at the right.
 

 

2) 90 days of email support is also included from date of purchase.  Send us a specific explanation of your request to:  and we will email you back.    

3) Support is also available on the web at www.scheduleview.com/support.htm at no charge.

4) You may purchase support for $60.  When you call, we will deduct the minutes from the hour you purchased in $10/10 minute increments.  This can be either:

     A) Phone Support and/or Training

     B) Online Support and/or Training (requires a high-speed internet connection)

 

Miscellaneous Support:

Data Conversion:  $99.00 minimum, call for specific pricing.

Password Recovery: $30.00 per incident.

Lost Registration Replacement:  $30.00 per incident.

ScheduleVIEW(tm) Program CDRom:  $30.00

Database Repair:  Minimum charge or $30.00 per incident, billed at $60.00 per hour.  There is no guarantee of data recovery, for this reason we recommend daily backups be kept.

Hardware Requirements:

We recommend Windows 98 Second Edition or above (With all the latest Microsoft updates); at least a Pentium III 800MHz processor or above; 64-128MB RAM as MINIMUM; and at least 100MB free disk space.

 

Network Requirements:

We recommend Fast Ethernet 100 Base T network cabling; cards; and switching. 

**WE DO NOT SUPPORT WIRELESS networks as lost or dropped packets can cause data corruption-- while wireless networks may work, we will not support or troubleshoot problems on wireless networks.


**We DO NOT SUPPORT networking with Windows HOME Edition; Microsoft recommends Windows XP Professional for business networking.  Windows HOME edition is fine for copying files back on forth on a home network, but not for networking database applications.  We do not provide any support for Windows HOME Edition.

**Internet access is necessary for periodic updates.   If you do not have internet access, you may call and order an update on CDRom for $35.00.
