may be used within the first 30 days after your
purchase. After that, several support options are available for
ScheduleVIEW(tm). Please choose an option from the sidebar at the right.

You may purchase
support for $60. When you call, we will deduct the
minutes from the hour you purchased in $10/10 minute

System Requirements:
Hardware Requirements:
We recommend Windows 98
Second Edition or above (With all the latest
Microsoft updates); at
least a Pentium III 800MHz processor or above;
64-128MB RAM as MINIMUM; and at least 100MB free
disk space.
Network Requirements:
We recommend Fast
Ethernet 100 Base T network cabling; cards; and
switching.
**WE DO NOT SUPPORT WIRELESS networks
as lost or dropped packets can cause data
corruption-- while wireless networks may work, we
will not support or troubleshoot problems on
wireless networks.
**We DO
NOT SUPPORT networking with Windows HOME Edition;
Microsoft recommends Windows XP Professional for
business networking. Windows HOME edition is
fine for copying files back on forth on a home
network, but not for networking database
applications. We do not provide any support
for Windows HOME Edition.
**Internet access is
necessary for periodic updates. If you
do not have internet access, you may call and order
an update on CDRom for $35.00.
