B) 1 Hour of Telephone Support: is included with your initial
ScheduleVIEW™
order, to be used within the first 30 days of
purchase.

Hourly Support: Technical or training support is $60 per hour, to be used in 15 minute increments, within 1 year.
D) 6 Months of Technical Support:
$197.00 for one contact. (With your initial order is $147.00)
E)
6 Months Technical Support + 2 Hours of Training:
$297.00 for one contact.

System Requirements:
Hardware Requirements:
We recommend Windows XP Pro,
Vista Business, Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate or above (with all the
latest Windows updates); a 1GHz processor or above; 1-2GB RAM as
MINIMUM; and at least 100MB free disk space (for program files).
***We do not support Windows Home Editions.***
Network Requirements:
We recommend Fast Ethernet 100 or gigabit
network cabling, cards, and switching. Internet access is necessary for
periodic updates. (If you do not have internet access, you may call and
order an update on CDROM for $30.00.)
**We do not support wireless networks as
lost or dropped packets can cause data corruption -- while wireless
networks may work, we will not support or troubleshoot problems on
wireless networks. **
**We do not support
networking with Windows Home Editions; Microsoft recommends Windows
Professional for business environments. We do not provide any support
for any Windows Home Edition. **
