It is expected the medical industry will be run by highly efficient methods.  Most medical practices are very busy.  These would include the surgeries of medical specialists like dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons, pediatricians, oncologists, physiotherapists and many more.  Clients are accustomed to having to wait weeks and months for an appointment due to the popularity of a particular medical practice.
