		<description>Great piece. I just wanted to add that not only does scheduling software ensure better adherence to.....yes, the schedule, it also frees up the secretary and empowers the client/patient/customer.
Many programs allow the client to set up the appointment online....enabling them to choose the most convenient time for themselves. Of course they can only choose from preset time slots.
This in turn allows the office help to focus on other more important task than setting up appointments.</description>
