After a recent visit to a doctor’s office, I was told that I would be called when I was supposed to come in for my next shot. Weeks went by and I finally called them and they said, that no, it wasn’t time for me to come back yet. Two weeks later, I got a call asking why I had never turned up! If you have ever worked in a medical office you know that many things can go wrong with medical appointment scheduling.
