Convenient Color Coding Allows You
To Simply "View & Click" To Schedule
Another popular feature is the ability to
"color code" each individual appointments. This lets you
glance at the screen and quickly see visually what type of appointment is scheduled. The program lets you assign "service codes" to describe the type of service you will be providing your customer. The service code can have a "default" color assigned to it, however, and you can change the color when you set up the appointment for the customer.
