Recall Report: We call this a "Goldmine
Report" because you can use this report to "hunt and find" customers who have
NOT had a specified "service code" appointment during a specified date range.
For Example: Lets say you're a dentist and your hygienists' clean teeth every six months and you use a service code called "tclean"; you could run a report to look for all customers in the year that have NOT had an appointment with this service code. Or, lets say you are a "hair dresser"- you could get a report of anyone who hasn't had their nails done, or hasn't had a "perm" done in a specified time frame.
