"Because we are so spread out and every staff member has different things to accomplish in order to meet their funded objectives, we were having difficulty tracking where each staff member was or needed to be at a given time. Your program has helped us solve this problem. It is great that each staff member can look up any other person's schedule and know how to reach that person.

I know that a lot of other companies were using Microsoft Outlook and various other programs to schedule appointments; but I.S.U. uses Netscape Navigator and with the mainframe and systems that we have, a lot of programs just didn't work smoothly. Yours seems to be compatible. As the Administrative Assistant for the staff, I love it. It has made my life much easier.

The appointment grid is great, it makes it much easier to view your appointments when printed and at a glance you can tell what time slots are open from your printed page instead of reading an appointment list. The different views, i.e... Daily, Weekly, Monthly views makes it much easier when scheduling appointments, also the ability to view multiple providers is a wonderful feature.
