Data
file repair to fix corruption.
|
Database
corruption usually happens when a computer
gets restarted while it has the
Scheduleview database open. Its important
to perform regular backups. Other reasons
for database repair include using wireless
networking (just like your cell phone,
wireless internet "drops packets" which
causes corruption- besides, wireless is
much much slower than wired networks), bad
network cabling; bad network cards; bad
network switches or ports on the switch,
virus infections, and a whole host of
hardware related issues. We're happy to
repair a corrupted database for $75 fee. |

NOTE: we only
import\export customer demographics,
because of many various types of date
formatting and conventions and logic, we
do not import or export appointments. If
you would like for us to do data import or
data export, the minimum fee is $199. The
program has import\export functionality,
but it is an "Advanced" procedure that
requires patience and trial and error and
advanced skills. If you just need
assistance with importing or exporting,
you can purchase support at our hourly
rate of $75 an hour. |

What's
the Difference between ScheduleVIEW® LITE, ScheduleVIEW® STANDARD, and ScheduleVIEW® PLUS?
ScheduleVIEW® LITE: Is the ideal starting package
for everyone except
medical\dental\healthcare related
business for basic electronic
scheduling. We allow you to network this
version so that you can also share the
program with other users in your office. ScheduleVIEW® LITE
does not include the ability to print
super bills, encounter forms, work orders,
or service orders; to print these, you
would need to upgrade to STANDARD or PLUS.
ScheduleVIEW® LITE
allows you to view appointments in a
daily; weekly; or monthly view and allows
you to view individual providers or a
group of providers. Often imitated, but
never duplicated, ScheduleVIEW® LITE
provides the basic calendar and scheduling
functions you'll need in your small office
and includes features in programs costing
hundreds or thousands of dollars more!
ScheduleVIEW® STANDARD: Was our original program that
was designed based on feedback of hundreds
of customers in many different types of
businesses ranging from medical, financial
services (including CPA's and Tax
Preparers), services businesses,
universities, large corporations, and
individuals. The
ScheduleVIEW®
STANDARD software allows you to step up
security access; to limit users to only
certain parts of the program, allows you
to create custom fields, and adds a
variety of revenue enhancing and
productivity reports.
ScheduleVIEW® PLUS: This version
includes the ability to Sync with
QuickBooks® and MS Outlook®, it allows
you to customize terminology to suit your
business, allows you to customize what you
see in the schedule grid for each
appointment. ScheduleVIEW®
PLUS gives you more information about
your business in the form of Advanced
Reports, gives you a "custom" date tab on
the main screen interface, and has
appointment "Pop ups" to remind you of
your appointments during the day.

Return Policy:
Because we offer a free 30 day, fully functional
demo of our program, and because of software
piracy laws, we do not allow refunds or returns.
We will replace your CDROM if defective with 10
days of purchase. If you need additional time to
test or demo the program, please call and we will
gladly provide you with a trial period extension.
Shipping
Information: When we receive your
order, we will promptly send you your ScheduleVIEW® appointment scheduling software via
FedEx Second Day Air, for $25 Shipping and
Handling (Continental United States) and $45
elsewhere. If your order reaches us after
12:00pm (Noon) EST, we will ship the next
business day.
Your package will include the ScheduleVIEW® Program on CDROM, ScheduleVIEW® Manual on CDROM, case, serial number
and registration codes. In an effort to save
trees, we do not include a printed manual,
however there is a User Manual on the CDROM
which you can view on your computer, or you can
print it out on your printer.
Privacy Policy: Your
information is safe with us. In an effort to
protect your privacy we will not sell, give or
trade your name and information to any other
company or individual.

recommend Fast Ethernet 100 or gigabit network
cabling, cards, and switching. Internet access
is necessary for periodic updates. (If you do

packets can cause data corruption -- while
wireless networks may work, we will not support
or troubleshoot problems on wireless networks.
