Customer Support-Attention- due to a severe downturn in business, we will be closing ScheduleVIEW at the end of Sept, 2021. So many of our customers have been small businesses that have also gone out of business, its just creating a Domino ripple effect. We appreciate the support of our loyal customers thru the years! One of our tech support employees will be offering his service to help you as an independent contractor, but there will be no more updates or fixes to the program (although there hasnt been any major bugs in a year or two, if you want to keep using ScheduleVIEW, its your decision.) Replacement

C) Lost Registration Replacement: $30.00 per incident. Codes are either Fedex'd or emailed when originally purchased, so please keep them in a safe place.

Data Conversion: $199.00 minimum, call for specific pricing. Data Conversion: $99.00 minimum, call for specific pricing.
E) Database Repair: Minimum charge is $75.00 per incident. There is no guarantee of
data recovery, for this reason we recommend daily backups be kept and on many media (usb sticks)- as you do not want all your "eggs" in one basket (what happens if the hard drive or media stick goes bad?).

System Requirements:
Hardware Requirements:
We recommend Windows 7, 8 or 10 Professional, Ultimate or above (with all the
latest Windows updates); a 2GHz processor or above; 2-4 GB RAM as
MINIMUM; and at least 100MB free disk space (for program files). Our Sync function works only with MS Outlook stand alone and does not work with Exchange Server.
***We do not support Windows Home Editions.***
Network Requirements:
We recommend Fast Ethernet 100 or gigabit
network cabling, cards, and switching. Internet access is necessary for
periodic updates. (If you do not have internet access, you may call and
order an update on CDROM for $30.00.)
**We do not support wireless networks as
lost or dropped packets can cause data corruption -- while wireless
networks may work, we will not support or troubleshoot problems on
wireless networks. **
**We do not support
networking with Windows Home Editions; Microsoft recommends Windows
Professional for business environments. We do not provide any support
for any Windows Home Edition. **
